The Pickle Barrel is a favourite go-to in the greater Toronto area, from humble beginnings over 40 years ago, to category leader today. One thing has been constant in their journey over the past four decades: dedication to providing real, fresh meals, everyday. When establishing a relationship with the Pickle Barrel team, we could not help thinking how cool it was to be working on a brand that we all have great memories with, after all, memories and family meals go hand in hand. 

Our first project with the Pickle Barrel team was to bring their brand to life in the digital space. How does a brand transcend into digital? Simple, with focus and commitment to the brand idea, in this case: Real Fresh Food. Being in the food business, appetite appeal is a baseline requirement; our goal was to create category leading photography and motion that highlight the application of Real Fresh Food online.
